This website describes our business and the materials we supply. It is informational. You cannot place an order, open an account or make a payment through it, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.

We may add ordering to this website in future. If we do, that will be governed by terms of sale published at the time, and those terms will apply to the order.

4Prices, specifications and availability

Any price shown or quoted on this site is indicative and not a binding offer. Steel prices move with the market. A price becomes firm only when we issue a written quotation for a specific quantity and delivery, and then only for the period that quotation states.

• Product descriptions, sizes, grades, coatings and finishes are given in good faith and may change without notice.
• Weights, thicknesses, lengths and coating masses are subject to ordinary mill and rolling tolerances.
• Photographs are illustrative. They may not show the exact grade, coating or colour supplied.
• Availability is not guaranteed until we have confirmed it in writing for your order.
• Where a price is stated per kilogram, per square foot or per piece, the unit shown is the unit the price applies to.

5Taxes and duties

Prices are stated exclusive of GST and of any other tax, duty, cess or levy, unless a quotation says otherwise. Where tax is payable on a supply it is charged in addition, at the rate in force on the date of supply, and shown separately on the invoice.

6Sales are on separate terms

Nothing on this website forms a contract of sale. Where we agree to supply materials, that supply is governed by the terms recorded on our quotation, our order confirmation and our invoice for that transaction — including quantity, price, delivery, payment terms, tolerances and any warranty. Those terms prevail over anything on this page.

7Our content, and our marks

The text, layout, graphics, photographs and arrangement of this site belong to us, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may read and print pages for your own use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

The names Metal Store and Metal Shine Industries Private Limited, and our logo, are our marks. Nothing on this site grants you a right to use them. Other product and company names may be the marks of their respective owners, used only to identify the goods described.

Where this site describes goods manufactured by others, or mentions a brand, standard or specification, that is for identification only and does not imply any endorsement or association.

Where we link to another website we do so for information. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content or for what they do with your information.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, trade mark or other right, write to us at the address or email in section 1, telling us what the material is, where on the site it appears, and what right you hold. We will look into it and remove or correct anything that should not be there.

10Messages we send

Where you have agreed to hear from us, we may contact you on WhatsApp, by SMS, by email or by telephone about enquiries, quotations and orders. You can ask us to stop at any time — reply STOP to any message, or write to us — and we will remove your number or address from our list.

11Availability of the site

We try to keep this site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or any part of it without notice, and we are not liable to you if it is unavailable for any period.

12No warranties

This site and its content are provided as they are and as available. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranty and give no undertaking that the information on this site is accurate, complete or current, or that the site is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on this site is general. It is not technical, engineering, structural or professional advice, and it must not be relied on in place of a specification prepared for your own project.
